Format: The Monday outing is resident only, tee times starting at 9am and golfers must use a caddy. Residents can bring up to three guests for the June and October golf outings. The June and September outings have a 1pm shotgun start proceeded by a lunch on the veranda. Golfers can carry, use a pull cart (personal) or use a caddy but cannot change option once at the golf outing. "Bringing those with different viewpoints together through shared experiences"Parks and public spaces have always been a community’s best place for people of differing viewpoints to come together through shared experiences. People with different political viewpoints can find common ground and shared interests among sports, programs and activities like bocce, basketball, pickleball and more.We are looking for participants who acknowledge our differences but believe we can find common ground within our one community.Program Details: 18+; Offered weeknights and weekdays; see activity listings below for specific dates and times.  Jason Lang to lead the program with volunteer Instructors; sport dependent Registration is capped and open to Township residents first. The Township will not ask for party affiliation, voting records or any similar information. Participants will be divided up randomly during each program date and include no dialogue about politics or any current social topics. EG Parks and Recreation is starting an Adult Wheelchair Basketball league this year in partnership with Help-U-Bridge Recreational Therapy!May: two opportunities to play for FREE! Come on out and give it a try!Goal is to create a six week league for the fall. Sessions led by Jimmy Falls. "Jimmy Falls is a left below-knee amputee who’s been in the game since 1983, when he first picked up wheelchair basketball at Temple University — and he’s been running the floor ever since. After losing his leg at 20, Jim became a true team leader and recruiter, bringing countless adaptive athletes into the line up across wheelchair basketball, adaptive tennis, softball, cycling, rowing, and more recently pickle ball and sitting volleyball.
