In an effort to create a better yard sale experience for both sellers and browsers/buyers, we are implementing several new procedures for this year’s Yard Sale. These changes are designed to improve organization, visibility, safety, and overall enjoyment of the event. We appreciate your cooperation and participation!
Seller Registration
- All Sellers must pre-register and pay to participate.
House Map Sign Up
New Fee Structure
No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled due to weather
Township Building Sign Up
For East Goshen Residents in apartments, condos and gated communities only.
New Fee Structure
- $5 fee per parking space
- Vendors may reserve a maximum of three (3) spaces
- Parking a vehicle within the event space counts as using one paid space

Seller Space Procedures
- A total of 35 seller spaces will be available
- Seller spaces are located along Paoli Pike for increased visibility to passing traffic
- Sellers will be placed in order of arrival, filling the next available space
- This process helps prevent gaps caused by no-shows and preserves parking availability
Parking Policies & Safety
- Sellers who park within the event grounds may not leave until the event ends to ensure pedestrian safety
- Sellers who leave early will be prohibited from participating in future yard sales
Seller Parking Locations
- Sellers who do not pay for adjacent parking spaces must park behind the building
- This helps preserve nearby parking spaces for yard sale participants and shoppers
Yard Sign Program (Optional for either registration)
To help promote the event and increase attendance, new yard sale signs will be ordered.
- Interested sellers may participate in the yard sign program
- Signs must be picked up at the township building
- $10 refundable deposit is required: Check only. Payable to East Goshen Township
- Signs must be returned within two (2) weeks after the event to receive the deposit check back
- Failure to return the sign within two weeks will result in the deposit check being cashed
