Noah Lewis as Ned Hector

Ned Hector is a little known African-American that played a pivotal role in local Revolutionary War battles. Come see Noah Lewis bring Ned Hector to life. Noah is one of a handful of Orators invited each year to read the Declaration of Independence from the National Archives on July 4th.
