Activity: Nature Warriors
Date: Spring 2023
While it’s still winter, The West Chester Garden Club is busy planning for Nature Warriors II.
We will be offering classes for two different groups, the Seedlings and the Saplings. The Seedlings class will be for children, ages 5 to 7 who are new to the program. The Saplings class will be for children ages 6 to 8. We will welcome back children from last year’s class as well as newbies who meet the age limits. Sprouts will meet from 9:30 to 10:30. and will learn about Seeds, Bees, Monarch’s and other Pollinators, Pollinator Plants and Weeds with fun activities. The Saplings will enjoy learning even more about Seeds as well as Pollinators and the Chain of Life, Trees, Birds and Unsung Garden Hero’s. They will meet from 11 to 12.
 
We will start with a Kickoff Meeting on 5/11, followed by classes meeting on 5/13, 5/20,  6/3, 6/10 and 6/17. We will end the program with a Celebration on 6/29.
 
Registration is limited to ten youngsters per class, so sign up soon! We can’t wait to see you.
