Winter Zumba Fitness with Stretch, Core and Toning 6:00-7:00pm 
at East Goshen Elementary School Gym
 
Enjoy the fun music and dancing of Zumba International rhythms with added fitness strength moves as squats, lunges. The last 15 minutes of class is focused on core exercises on the mat and ending with peaceful, relaxing yoga stretches.
 
6 classes- $60 per session
single class $12
 
Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm 
 
Session 1: Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28, Febr. 4, 11
 
Session 2: Febr. 25, March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1
 
Session 3: April 22, 29, May 6, 13, 27, June 3
