ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards, is an age reversing, slow paced full body workout that will restore movement in your joints, flexibility in your muscles, relieve pain, stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy and boost your immune system. This workout draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body. No matter your age or fitness level, this program is for you!
