Summer break is just around the corner, and with it comes the pressure to make it "THE BEST SUMMER EVER!". Say goodbye to playing the role of cruise director and hello to being a happy participant in your family's summer vacation.
Join Katie Tacchino, psychotherapist and owner of Oak Counseling & Consulting (and fellow parent), for a chat about crafting positive game plans for the upcoming summer break. We will connect and share strategies to boost emotional wellness, set realistic expectations, and enhance emotional flexibility to create a summer that truly feels like a vacation. By the end of our round table discussion, you will leave with a beach bag full of strategies and skills to help your family enjoy quality time together!
